Turn out the lights!

Today we celebrated Earth Hour by turning off all the lights. We had a story and singing session around a pretend fire, made of plastic sandwich boxes with various torches in. It was great fun.

Actually, it was the high spot of a rather dull week, with rubbish weather and all of us with heavy colds.

Now, tonight, we shift our clocks so we loose and hour. It's not fair, and we have to stay up late tomorrow to catch daughter-in-law Jo on BBC3 when her choir is performing live. They are to be the backing group for a boy band. Jake finished his run as John the Baptist in Godspell last night, so he's worn out too. http://www.thetheatrefactory.co.uk/
